中药临床药师对1例药物性肝损害的分析及药学监护

Analysis and Pharmaceutical Care for One Case of Drug-induced Liver Injury by Clinical Pharmacists of Traditional Chinese Medicine

本文介绍中药临床药师对1例药物性肝损害处理病例的分析,探讨中药临床药师在临床药物治疗中的作用。中药临床药师运用因果关系评价(RUCAM)量表对患者的肝损害情况进行分析,为临床药学实践、临床药物性肝损害的辨别诊断及临床合理应用中药提供参考。通过中医药辩证施治思想探讨中药的合理使用,保障临床用药安全、有效。

The paper introduced the treatment analysis for one case of traditional Chinese medicine induced liver damage by clinical pharmacists,and discussed the role of clinical pharmacists in the clinical drug use. Clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine analyzed and discussed the liver damage of the patient by using the RUCAM scale,and provided suggestions for the clinical pharmacy practice,the diagnosis of clinical drug-induced liver damage and the rational application of traditional Chinese medicines. The rational use of Chinese medicine should be discussed through the dialectical thinking of TCM to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
