摘要
目的:测定星宿菜中总多酚的含量。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,建立铁氰化钾-氯化铁,即K_3[Fe(CN)_6]-FeCl_3显色体系分光光度法测定星宿菜中总多酚含量的方法,并优化了最佳显色条件。结果:在室温下,当加入适量K_3[Fe(CN)_6]-FeCl_3溶液和HCl溶液,反应时间为70 min时,没食子酸浓度在0. 10~1. 43μg·mL^(-1)范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0. 999 6)。检出限为0. 006 mg·L^(-1),平均回收率为99. 65%(RSD=1. 27%,n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、重复性好且准确度高,适合测定星宿菜中总多酚的含量,并可为其质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To determine the content of total polyphenols in Lysimachia fortune Maxim. Methods: A spectrophotometric method for the determination of total polyphenols in Lysimachia fortune Maxim. was established by using gallic acid as the standard,and the color conditions were optimized. Results: When suitable amount of K3[Fe (CN)6]-FeCl3 and HCl were added at room temperature and the reaction time was 70 min,a good linear relationship between the absorbance and gallic acid concentration from 0. 10 to 1. 43 μg·m L-1 (r = 0. 999 6) was shown. The detection limit was 0. 006 mg·L-1. The average recovery was 99. 65% (RSD =1. 27%,n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple with good reproducibility and high accuracy,and suitable for determining total polyphenols,which can provide basis for the quality control of Lysimachia fortune Maxim..
