HPLC法测定载5-取代-1-氮杂蒽醌类衍生物氧化石墨纳米粒中的药物含量

摘要 目的:建立氧化石墨纳米粒中氮杂蒽醌类生物碱A1化合物含量测定的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水-三乙胺(65∶35∶0. 05)为流动相;流速为1. 0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长为243 nm;柱温为30℃;进样体积为20μl。结果:A1的质量浓度在1. 00~100. 00μg·ml^(-1)线性关系良好(r=1. 000 0),平均加样回收率为102. 8%(RSD=1. 79%,n=9)。结论:该含量测定方法准确可靠、简单易行,可用于氧化石墨纳米粒中A1化合物的含量测定。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of alkaloids in 5-substituted 1-alkaloids with azaanthraquinone skeleton (A1)-loaded graphite oxide nanoparticles. Methods: An Inertsil ODS-3 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-water-triethylamine (65 ∶ 35 ∶ 0. 05) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1. The A1 was detected at 243 nm. The column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results: The linear range of A1 was 1. 00-100. 00μg·ml-1 (r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery was 102. 8% (RSD = 1. 79%,n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable and simple,and can be used for the determination of A1 compound in graphite oxide nanoparticles.
