中药临床药师培训基地带教经验与体会

Experience and Understanding in the Teaching of Chinese Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Training Base

目的:为规范中药临床药师培训工作提供参考。方法:根据中华中医药学会中药临床药师培训工作要求,结合我院培训实践,对现阶段中药临床药师的培训工作进行分析总结,探索一套切实可行的中药临床药师培训工作操作规程。结果与结论:基地通过加强组织管理,以理论培训为辅,临床实践为主,分阶段分目标培养,并严把考核关,形成了一套中药临床药师培训工作操作规程,为中药临床药师基地培训提供参考。

Objective: To provide reference for standardizing the training of clinical pharmacists in Chinese medicine. Methods:According to the training requirements of TCM clinical pharmacists of Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the training practice in our hospital,the training work of TCM clinical pharmacists was analyzed and summarized,and a set of practical training operation rules for TCM clinical pharmacists were explored. Results and Conclusion: Through strengthening the organization and management,supplemented by theoretical training and clinical practice,the base has formed a set of operational procedures for training clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine,which can provide reference for training clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine.
