马拉松赛事药品保障系统建设的实践与思考

Experience and Consideration on the Construction of Medicine Support System in Marathon

目的:探讨马拉松比赛的急救药品保障工作,为今后赛事急救保障提供经验参考。方法:运用Excel 2017软件及Graph Pad Prism 6.0软件,统计历年马拉松赛事情况,包括总人数以及竞赛过程中出现的伤病种类和发病率(外伤和非外伤)等各项指标人数进行回顾性分析。结果:马拉松竞赛受伤人群以运动损伤为主,兼有循环系统、呼吸系统以及消化系统等突发性疾病。结合统计数据及历年保障经验,提出详细的、具有针对性的药品保障计划。结论:合理制定药品保障预案有助于配合医疗团队及时对患者实施救助,对保障竞赛运动员生命安全有着极其重要的意义,同时也对整个医疗保障系统的运作具有重要的参考价值。

Objective: To investigate the emergency medicine support in marathon,so as to provide experience and reference for emergency support in the future. Methods: The total number of participants,the type and incidence of injuries occurring (trauma and non-trauma) as well as other indicators in the past marathon were retrospectively analyzed by using Excel 2017 and Graph Pad Prism 6.0. Results: Sport injury was the main injury in marathon,accompanied by sudden diseases in circulatory system,respiratory system and digestive system. Combined with support experience over the years,a detailed and pertinent medicine support plan was proposed.Conclusion: Reasonable formulation of a medicine support plan is helpful for the cooperation with medical team to carry out timely rescue for patients. In addition,it is of great significance to ensure the life safety of competitors,and also has important reference value to the operation of the whole medical security system.
