西妥昔单抗致肾病综合征1例

摘要 1病例资料患者,男,55岁,既往史无特殊。2017年6月无明显诱因出现大便性状改变,每天约15次左右,大便不成形,伴有间断性便血,未予重视。后上述症状加重,于2018年3月6日就诊于我院。胸部CT:左肺上叶小结节影,性质待定,转移?其他?肝内多发团块影,结合病史考虑转移灶;肝右叶散在钙化灶。
