摘要
目的:建立栀黄通便颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,为全面评价药物质量提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1 ml·min-1;检测波长:238nm;柱温:30℃。结果:建立了以栀子苷为参照峰的HPLC特征图谱,确定了16个特征峰并标定其中4个特征峰。结论:首次建立了栀黄通便颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,该方法简单快速、重复性好,为栀黄通便颗粒的质量控制和评价标准提供了依据。
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprints and evaluate the quality of Zhihuang Tongbian granules.Methods:The HPLC was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with gradient elution by the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 238 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results:The fingerprint of Zhihuang Tongbian granule was established with jasminoidin as the reference peak.The fingerprint included 16 common peaks,and 4 of them were identified by the comparison with the reference substances.Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprints analysis method was established for the first time,and the method is simple and rapid with good reproducibility,which provides basis for the quality control and evaluation standard of Zhihuang Tongbian granules.
