当代西方国家执政党意识形态话语权的发展趋向评鉴

Trend of Ideological Voice of the Ruling Parties in Western Countries

在日益多元和开放的全球化浪潮中,当代西方国家执政党呈现出意识形态中间化趋向日益明显、包容性不断扩大、传播的灵活性与渗透的隐蔽性不断提高的新变化与新趋向。当代中国意识形态话语权建设,需要在立足我国基本国情和社会主义意识形态建设特点的基础上,借鉴西方国家执政党意识形态话语权建设的有益经验与成功做法,坚持和巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的领导权与主导权,正确处理意识形态的阶级性与包容性之间的平衡关系,保持我国主流意识形态的弹性与开放性,不断改进和创新中国共产党意识形态的话语表达方式与传播方式。

At present,with the ever- growing diversified and opening globalization,there are new changes and new trend of ideology emerging in Western countries,such as more distinctive signs of intermediate ideology,constantly increasing tolerance,flexibility in communications and increasingly elusive infiltration.While building our ideological voice in contemporary China,we need to consider our own development situation and characteristics of building socialist ideology,introduce successful and beneficial experience of ideological voice building in Western countries,properly balance the relations between stratification and tolerance,maintain the flexibility and openness of the mainstream ideology in China,and constantly improve and innovate in the voice expression and communications of the CPC 's ideology.
