摘要
密蒙花(Buddleia officinalis Maxim.)为马钱科醉鱼草属植物,是传统中药中重要的眼科用药,主要含黄酮类、苯乙醇苷类和萜类等成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、免疫调节、抗氧化等生理活性。通过系统的文献调研,从密蒙花的化学成分、药理活性、质量分析和提取工艺研究等方面对密蒙花近年来的研究进展进行综述,为其深入研究和开发利用提供参考。
Buddleia officinalis Maxim.( Loganiaceae) is an important traditional Chinese medicine in ophthalmology. The chemical constituents in the plant are mainly flavonoids,phenylethanoid glycosides and terpenes. It has a wide range of pharmacological activities,such as anti- inflammation,antibacterial,immunoregulatory and anti- oxidantion,etc. Through a systematic literature review,the researches on phytochemistry,pharmacological activities,quality analysis and extraction technology of the medicinal plant have been summarized,which will provide a certain scientific and theoretical basis for its further development and utilization.
