正交试验优化加杨树皮中总酚酸的提取工艺 被引量:1

Orthogonal Experimental Design to Optimize the Extraction Process of Total Phenolic Acids in the Barks of Populuscanadensis Moench

摘要 以白杨素含量为指标,采用L9 (34)正交试验,考察提取溶媒、总液料比、提取次数和提取时间对经石油醚冷浸脱脂后的杨树皮总酚酸提取率的影响,优化提取工艺。最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇,总液料比10∶1,回流提取3次,每次2 h。本提取工艺方法简单、合理,是杨树皮中总酚酸的最佳提取工艺。 With the content of chrysin as index,the effects of ethanol concentration,the total liquid-solid ratio,repeated times and extraction time on the extraction rate of total phenolic acids from the barks of P.canadensis after degreasing bycold maceration with petroleum ether were investigated by the orthogonal experimental design using L9(34),to optimize the extraction process.The best extraction process was as following:ethanol concentration,60%;the total liquid-solid ratio,10∶1(mL·g-1);repeated extracting 2 h for three times.The extraction method is simple and feasible,and is the best extraction process of total phenolic acids from the barks of P.canadensis.
