白细胞介素4基因多态性与哮喘的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 哮喘是多基因遗传性疾病,IL-4在哮喘发病机制中起关键性作用。IL-4基因启动子区存 在-590C/T、-34C/T多态性,本文概述了IL-4基因启动子多态性与哮喘、过敏症或哮喘表型研究进展。
