原发性痛经146例的临床治疗

Clinical report of treatment of 146 cases of primary dysmenorrhea

目的探讨中药、西药两种用药治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法选取146例自2009年6月至2014年2月在我院诊治的原发性痛经患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,中药组75例患者采用加味逍遥丸口服,同时,采用鸡血藤20 g和丹参15 g煎水口服,对照组71例患者采用复方阿司匹林片口服治疗。两组均连续治疗30 d。比较两组临床主要症状积分和临床疗效。结果治疗后两组临床主要症状下腹部胀痛、重浊感、恶心症状评分均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),以中药组下降更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组患者总有效率为94.7%,对照组患者总有效率为85.7%,中药组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味逍遥丸和鸡血藤、丹参联用,在缓解主要症状、提高总有效率方面较单用复方阿司匹林片具有更好的效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine two kinds of drugs in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 146 cases of 2009 June to 2014 February in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrheapatients,were randomly divided into two groups,Chinese medicine group of 75 cases,71 cases in the control group.Chinese medicine group was treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pil,a 1 bag,2~3 times a day;at the same time,the 20g and 15g of Salvia miltiorrhiza Caulis SpatholobiDecoction oraly,1 times a day,a day 1 agent.The control group using Compound Aspirin Tablets oraly,1 tablets each time,2 times a day.Two groups were treated for 30 days.After the treatment,clinical symptoms score and clinical assessment.Results After treatment,two groups of the main clinical symptoms of lower abdominal pain,low sense, nausea symptom score were significantly decreased than before treatment,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05 orP<0.01),by the traditional Chinese medicine group decreased moresignificantly,there was statisticaly significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05);traditional Chinese medicine group total the efficiency of 94.7%,the comparison group total effectiveness 85.7%,traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that in control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Xiaoyao Pil and Caulis Spatholobi, salvia miltiorrhizae injection in relievingsymptoms,mainly,improve the total efficiency is better than Compound Aspirin Tablets effect.
