胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Insulin Pump in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及护理。方法从2012年3月至2013年8月我院收治的2型糖尿患者者中随机抽取54例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各27例,治疗组采用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射(CSⅡ)治疗。对照组采用多次皮下注射胰岛素(MSⅡ)治疗。结果两组均能有效控制血糖达到较好水平,但治疗组低血糖发生率更低。结论胰岛素泵治疗住院时间短,给药方式准确、安全,血糖控制快,有效减少并发症发生,良好的护理是糖尿患者者安全带泵的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of insulin pump in treatment of types 2 diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 54 type 2 diabetes patients who were in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2013,as the studying object,these 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,27patients for each.The treatment group use continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSⅡ)to treat;The control group use multiple insulin injection (MSⅡ)to treat.Results We can control the blood glucose effectively as a higher level,but for treatment group with rising the lower incidence of hypoglycemia.Conclusions For the insulin pump in the treatment, the hospitalization time is short,drug delivery is accurate,good nursing care is the important guarantee for the diabetic patient with safety pump.
