某院门急诊抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis on the use of the antimicrobial drugs in the hospital outpatient and emergency department

目的调查某院门急诊抗菌药物使用情况,促进抗菌药物合理应用。方法随机抽取2014年1月至9月门急诊处方共9 000张进行统计分析。结果抽查的9 000张处方,抗菌药物处方2 457张(27.3%);不合理使用抗菌药物处方182张(7.4%)。结论某院抗菌药物使用情况还存在一些不合理现象,需进一步加强对医务人员合理使用抗菌药物的培训。

Objective To investigate the use condition of the antimicrobial drugs in hospital outpatient and emergency department,to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods 9000 prescriptions of antimicrobial drugs were selected randomly from January to September 2014 for statistical analysis.Result There were 2 457 prescriptions using antimicrobial drugs in the sample,accounting for 27.3%;there were 182 unreasonable antibiotic prescriptions,which accounted for 7.4%in antimicrobial drug prescriptions.Conclusion In the hospital there exits certain unreasonable use of antimicrobial agents and it needs to further strengthen the training of reasonable use of antimicrobial agents for the medical staff.
