舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效 被引量:3

The Clinical Curative Effect of Shuxuening Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨舒血宁对急性脑梗死患者临床疗效、神经功能恢复及影响。方法选取我院120例急性发病脑缺血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,两组患者均按急性脑梗死的常规综合治疗,观察组加用舒血宁注射液,对照组加用丹参注射液,观测神经功能缺损评分和血流变学指标。结果观察组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组;两组梗死体积及神经功能缺损程度评分比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种脑神经保护剂在治疗急性脑缺血上均有较好的疗效,两者相比舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗塞效果更明显。 Objective To study the blood shu ning clinical curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction and neural functional recovery and influence.Methods Our hospital 120 cases of acute cerebral ischemia disease patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group(n=60), the observation group added with shu ning injection blood, and the control group used salvia miltiorrhiza injection and observed neural function defect scale and hemorrheology indexes.Results The clinical treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group; Two groups of infarct size and degree of nerve function defect score comparison, observation group is better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Two brain protective agent in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemia has good curative effect, both blood shu ning injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction compared effect is more obvious.
