腰痛宁与痹痛宁胶囊治疗腰椎骨性关节炎(寒湿瘀阻证)的药物经济学评价

Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of Yao Tong Ning Capsule and Bi Tong Ning Capsule Treating Lumbar Osteoarthritis(Cold Dampness Stagnation Syndrome)

目的从全社会角度出发,通过成本-效果分析比较腰痛宁胶囊和痹痛宁胶囊治疗腰椎骨性关节炎(寒湿瘀阻证)的药物经济学优劣。方法选取2012年12月至2014年12月腰椎骨性关节炎患者238例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为腰痛宁组118例和痹痛宁组120例。比较两组患者的活动痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、止痛起效时间(活动痛)、Oswetry功能障碍指数(ODI),并进行成本-效果分析。结果腰痛宁组患者治疗后VAS评分、止痛起效时间及ODI改善情况均明显优于痹痛宁组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。腰痛宁组患者人均成本为354.41元,高于痹痛宁组的292.99元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);腰痛宁组患者的增量成本-效果比结果显示,活动痛的VAS评分或ODI每降低1分或每缩短1 d止痛起效时间,需多花费73.47元、9.84元及15.36元。结论与痹痛宁胶囊相比,腰痛宁胶囊治疗腰椎骨性关节炎(寒湿瘀阻证)在缓解活动痛及其起效时间、改善ODI方面均更具经济学优势。

Objective To evaluate cost-effectiveness of Yao Tong Ning capsule and Bi Tong Ning capsule for the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis(cold dampness stagnation syndrome),in order to provide evidence for clinical strategy choice.Methods 240 patients were assigned to this study, and were randomly divided into Bi Tong Ning group and Yao Tong Ning group. The VAS score, Oswestry disability index and initial time of relieve pain were chosen as the effectiveness indexes. Use cost-effectiveness ratios as the pharmacoeconomic index.Results Compared with the Yao Tong Ning group,all health result of Bi Tong Ning group were better, but it cost more.According to the ICER,to reduce 1 VAS or ODI score need cost the extra 73.47 Yuan or 9.84 Yuan, to short 1 day of the initial time of relieve pain, needed cost 15.36 Yuan more.Conclusion Yao Tong Ning capsule is a better choice for treating lumbar osteoarthritis(cold and dampness stagnation syndrome).
