急诊早期应用呼吸机治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果

目的探讨急诊早期应用呼吸机治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年10月包钢医院收治的有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者98例为研究对象,所有患者均实施呼吸机治疗方案,分析其治疗效果。结果经过急诊救治后,98例患者治愈94例,病死4例,治愈率为95.9%。结论急性重症有机磷农药中毒患者及时采用呼吸机进行治疗,可以获得较为理想的救治效果,能够及时挽救患者的生命,促进患者各项生命体征的早日康复。

Objective To explore the emergency treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning early application of breathing machine to respiratory failure effect the clinical application effect.Methods In our hospital from January 2014,will pick-in October 2015,98 patients with respiratory failure caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning effect in the experimental study,implement ventilator therapy for all patients,analysis of therapeutic effect.Result After emergency treatment,according to cure 94 cases,98 patients died 4 cases,disease cure rate reached 95.9%.Conclusion For patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, using breathing machine in time treatment can obtain ideal treatment effect, can in time to save the patient's life, promote life signs of the patients recover at an early date, to recommend to adopt in the future clinical work.
