六神丸联合抗生素治疗急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficay Observation on Liushen Pills(六神丸) Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Acute Tonsillitis

目的探讨六神丸联合抗生素治疗急性扁桃体炎患者的有效性与安全性。方法将132例急性扁桃体炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组66例患者口服阿莫西林、头孢吡肟等β-内酰胺类抗生素,试验组66例患者在对照组基础上含服六神丸,同时口服六神丸。比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、白细胞计数(WBC)变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗的总有效率为98.5%,明显高于对照组的89.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的脓性分泌物消退时间、咽痛消失时间、退热时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,试验组WBC正常患者比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用六神丸联合抗生素治疗急性扁桃体炎临床疗效显著,可快速改善患者的症状、体征,缩短病程,且安全性较高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Liushen Pills(六神丸) combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute tonsillitis. Methods A total of 132 patients with acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. 66 patients in the control group were given amoxicillin, cefepime and other beta-lactam antibiotics orally. 66 patients in the experimental group were given Liushen Pills(六神丸) on the basis of the control group, and oral administration of Liushen Pills( 六神丸). The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, changes of white blood cell(WBC) count and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 89.4%(P < 0.05);the time of purulent secretion subsidence, pharyngodynia disappearance and fever abatement in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the proportion of normal WBC patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Liushen Pills(六神丸) combined with antibiotics is effective in the treatment of acute tonsillitis. It can quickly improve the symptoms and signs of patients, shorten the course of disease, and has high safety.
