金匮肾气丸联合西药治疗消渴合并水肿的临床疗效

Therapeutic Effects of Jingui Shenqi Pills(金匮肾气丸) Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Edema

目的探讨金匮肾气丸联合降糖、降压药物治疗消渴合并水肿的效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年4月于抚顺市中医院就诊的消渴合并水肿患者133例为研究对象,根据患者入院病历号随机分为两组,对照组63例患者,采用降糖、降压药物和金水宝胶囊进行治疗;试验组70例患者,采用降糖、降压药物和金匮肾气丸进行治疗。两组均治疗20 d。比较两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率、中医证候积分改善、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血压、尿微量白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮水平。结果治疗后,试验组患者的临床总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的中医证候积分改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的尿微量白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸联合西药治疗消渴合并水肿效果显著,能够改善患者的临床症状,降低蛋白尿,调节肾脏功能。

Objective To explore the curative effects of Jingui Shenqi Pills(金匮肾气丸) combined with hypoglycemic and antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of diabetes complicated with edema. Methods A total of 133 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with edema admitted to Fushun City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the patient admission record number, and 63 patients in the control group were treated with hypoglycemic and antihypertensive drugs, and Jinshuibao Capsules. 70 patients in the treatment group were treated with hypoglycemic, antihypertensive drugs and Jingui Shenqi Pills(金匮肾气丸). The treatment course was 20 days. The total effective rate, TCM syndrome score improvement, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, blood pressure, urine microalbumin, creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of two groups after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of urinary albumin, creatinine and urea nitrogen in the treatment group were better than those in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Jingui Shenqi Pills(金匮肾气丸) combined with western medicine has significant effects on treating diabetes complicated with edema, which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce proteinuria and regulate kidney function.
