利用品管圈降低静脉用药调配中心成品输液内差率案例分析

A Case Study of Quality Control Circle to Reduce Infusion Difference Rate of Finished Products in Intravenous Drug Dispensing Center

目的利用品管圈降低静脉用药调配中心成品输液内差率,保证患者在输液过程中的安全性和有效性,提升药物静脉调配中心的服务质量和减少药品的损耗。方法收集2017年11月至2018年7月中山大学附属第一医院静脉用药调配中心成品输液内差差错事件登记数据,按品管圈的十大步骤对成品输液进行内差分析,并提出改进措施。结果本次品管圈活动,圈员利用PDCA循环,持续改进和不断学习,对目标和计划条理化、系统化,有效降低了PIVAS内差件数,还获得无形成果和附加成果,科室工作得到了有效改进。同时,圈员的能力也得到了提升,特别是对于各项工作的改善起到带头作用。结论在PIVAS中开展品管圈活动能降低静脉输液成品的内差率,可以提升PIVAS对患者的药事服务质量,同时对提升PIVAS的团队凝聚力、工作效率和质量的改善有极大作用。

Objective Using Quality Control Circle to reduce the infusion difference rate of intravenous products in intravenous drug dispensing center, to ensure the safety and effectiveness during the patients’ infusion, to improve the service quality of the intravenous drug dispensing center, and to reduce the loss of the medicine. Methods From November 2017 to July 2018, the registration data of intravenous infusion errors of finished products in the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, were collected. And the internal difference was analyzed according to the ten steps of Quality Control Circle and the improvement measures were put forward. Results In this Quality Control Circle activity, the circle members made use of the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement and study, systematized the objectives and plans, effectively reduced the number of PIVAS internal differences, and obtained some intangible and additional results. The work of the department was improved effectively. At the same time, the ability of the circle members was also improved which played a leading role, especially for the improvement of the work.Conclusion Quality Control Circle activities in PIVAS can reduce the internal difference rate of intravenous infusion products,improve the quality of drug service of PIVAS to patients, and at the same time, have a great effect on the improvement of PIVAS team cohesion, as well as work efficiency and quality.
