地诺前列酮栓与催产素用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产中的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Dinoprostone Suppositories and Oxytocin in Promoting Cervical Ripening and Induced Labour in Full-term Pregnancy

目的探讨地诺前列酮栓与催产素在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产中的应用价值。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月仙桃市第一人民医院收治的68例产妇作为研究对象,将其进行奇偶排序分组,34例奇数产妇作为观察组,接受地诺前列酮栓治疗,34例偶数产妇作为对照组,接受催产素治疗。比较两组产妇引产效果及用药前后宫颈成熟度(Bishop)评分、新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组引产总有效率高于对照组;用药后4 h观察组产妇Bishop评分高于对照组;观察组新生儿出生后各时间段Apgar评分均高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论地诺前列酮栓促宫颈成熟效果显著,在确保规则宫缩前提下能够促进宫颈软化,加快产程进展,提高产妇引产成功率,并且具有较高安全性。

Obdective To explore the application value of dinoprostone suppositories and oxytocin in promoting cervical ripening and induced labouri in full-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 68 puerperas admitted in first people’s hospital of Xiantao city from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group in odd and even order,with 34 cases as the observation group,treated with dinoprostone suppositories,and with 34 cases of even puerperas selected as the control group,treated with oxytocin.The effects of induced labour,and the cervical ripening score(Bishop)before and after treatment,and newborn score(Apgar)in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of induced labour in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The Bishop score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 4 h after treatment,while the Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at each time after birth.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone suppositories can significantly promote cervical ripening effect,under the premise of ensuring regular uterine contration,which can promote cervical softening,accelerate the progress of labor,improve the success rate of induced labour,and have higher safety.
