三七人参汤联合奥美拉唑治疗脾不统血型胃溃疡合并出血的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Sanqi Renshen Decoction (三七人参汤) Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer with Syndrome of Spleen Failing to Manage Blood Combined with Hemorrhage

目的探讨三七人参汤联合奥美拉唑治疗脾不统血型胃溃疡合并出血患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2015年5月至2018年5月湛江市第一中医医院收治的76例胃溃疡合并出血患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组38例。对照组患者口服奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁片,试验组患者采用中药方三七人参汤联合奥美拉唑口服治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床相关指标(胃止血时间、便隐血消失时间及住院时间)、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗有效率为81.58%,对照组为60.53%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者胃止血时间、便隐血消失时间及住院时间均优于对照组,两组数据比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为10.53%,对照组则为15.79%,两组数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上采用三七人参汤联合奥美拉唑治疗脾不统血型胃溃疡合并出血患者不仅可以加快胃止血时间及便隐血消失时间,缩短住院治疗时间,减轻其痛苦和经济负担,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of Sanqi Renshen Decoction(三七人参汤)combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer with syndrome of spleen failing to manage blood combined with hemorrhage.Methods A total of 76 patients with gastric ulcer combined with hemorrhage admitted to Zhanjiang first hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as subjects,according to the random number table method,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral omeprazole combined with magnesium aluminium carbonate tablets,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with oral Sanqi Renshen Decoction(三七人参汤)combined with omeprazole The clinical efficacy and clinical related indicators(gastric hemostasis time,disappearance time of occult stool blood and hospitalization time),and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 81.58%and that in the control group was 60.53%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric hemostasis time,disappearance time of occult stool blood and hospitalization time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.53%,and that in the control group was 15.79%,The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of Sanqi Renshen Decoction(三七人参汤)combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer and syndrome of spleen failing to manage blood combined with hemorrhage can not only accelerate the time of gastric hemostasis and disappearance of occult stool blood,shorten the time of hospitalization,reduce the pain and economic burden,but also have high safety.
