贝复舒滴眼液与维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶用于眼表面损伤的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effects of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Eye Drop and Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel on Ocular Surface Damage

目的探讨眼表面损伤患者采用贝复舒滴眼液与维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月至2018年8月于沈阳何氏眼科医院接受治疗的98例眼表面损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例)。对照组在常规治疗基础上行盐酸左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶治疗,观察组加用维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治愈时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶、贝复舒滴眼液协同治疗眼表面损伤临床疗效显著,可有效缩短治愈时间,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Eye Drop and Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel in the treatment of patients with ocular surface damage.Methods A total of 98 patients with ocular surface damage who were treated at Shenyang He’s Eye Hospital from April 2016 to August 2018 were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group(49 cases)and the control group(49 cases).The control group was treated with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Eye Gel on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Eye Drop.The clinical efficacy,healing time and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel and Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Eye Drop in the treatment of ocular surface damage is significant,which can effectively shorten thehealing time and have higher safety.
