补肾强督法治疗(肾虚督寒型)强直性脊柱炎的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Treatment on Ankylosing Spondylitis (Kidney Deficiency and Governor Cold Pattern) by Supplementing Kidney and Strengthening Governor

目的对补肾强督法治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎的疗效和安全性进行系统性评价,为其在临床上的治疗提供一定依据。方法检索PUBMED、Cochrane、Embase、中国期刊全文数据库、中文期刊全文数据库和万方数据知识服务平台,检索时间为从建库至2018年7月;检索词为'随机''补肾强督''强直性脊柱炎''大偻''Bushen Qiangdu';结局指标为:1)Bath AS疾病活动指数(BASDAI);2)Bath AS功能指数(BASFI);3)脊柱痛;4)红细胞沉降率(ESR);5)C反应蛋白(CRP)水平;6)不良反应。对符合纳入标准的文献利用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入5篇参考文献,404例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,补肾强督法治疗强直性脊柱炎的BASDAI、BASFI、脊柱痛、ESR、CPR均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而不良反应与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾强督法治疗强直性炎与西药相比其疗效更好,且安全性较高。

Objective To perform a systematic review on efficacy and safety of supplementing kidney and strengthening governor for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and governor cold pattern,which can provide certain basis for clinical treatment.Methods PUBMED,Cochrane,Embase,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CJFD),VIP and Wanfang Data were searched from the time of database construction to July 2018.The search terms were'随机','补肾强督','强直性脊柱炎','大偻'and'Bushen Qiangdu'.The outcome indicator were:1)Bath AS Disease Activity Index(BASDAI);2)Bath AS Functional Index(BASFI);3)spinal pain;4)erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR);5)C-reactive protein(CRP)levels;6)adverse reactions.Revman 5.3 software was used to perform meta-analysis of literature that met the inclusion criteria.Results There were 5 references and 404 subjects.Meta-analysis showed that the treatment on the BASDAI,BASFI,spine pain,ESR and CPR of ankylosing spondylitis by supplementing kidney and strengthening governor was superior to that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But compared with the control group,the difference of adverse reaction was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of supplementing kidney and strengthening governor on ankylosing spondylitis is better than that of western medicine,with higher safety.
