Effects of Automation System in Outpatient Pharmacy of Hospital

目的探讨医院门诊药房应用自动化系统对患者及药师的影响。方法比较沈阳市第四人民医院2015—2018年7—12月门诊药房工作环境、日均处方量、平均调配速率、处方调配差错率和患者平均候药时间、患者满意度。结果医院门诊高峰日均处方量高达1557.83且处方量逐年增长,门诊自动投药机平均调配速率14.86 s/张,明显高于手动及两者结合调配速度且调配差错率更低,为0.031%。患者侯药时间从18.831 min降低至11.217 min,满意度提高。结论门诊药房自动化和预发药模式可提高处方调配速度,缩短患者取药等候时间,提高患者满意度,提升患者就医体验,使药师有更多时间从事临床药学服务。

Objective To explore the influene of the automatic system outpatient pharmacy on patients and pharmacists.Methods The work conditions,daily average prescription,average deployment rate,the percentage of prescription dispensing faults,waiting time and satisfaction of patients of outpatient pharmacy were compared from July to Dec.from 2015-2018.Results 1557.83 prescriptions were dispensed and distributed per day,with increasing prescriptions year by year.And the average dispensing speed of outpatient automatic drug delivery machine is 14.86 s/sheet,which was significantly higher than the manual and the combined speed of the two,and the blending error rate was lower,which was 0.031%.Average waiting time of patients decreased from 18.831 min to11.217 min and the percentage of patients was enhanced,with higher satisfaction.Conclusion Outpatient pharmacy automation and pre-medication mode could improve prescription dispensing speed,shorten the drug dispensing and waiting time of the patients and enhance their satisfaction,so that pharmacists could have more time to be enaged in the service of clinical phamarcy.
