左甲状腺素钠片联合甲巯咪唑片对自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进患者的影响

Effects of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets Combined with Methimazole Tablets on Patients with Autoimmune Thyroid Disease Accompanied by Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨左甲状腺素钠片联合甲巯咪唑片对自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺抗体的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年5月惠东医院收治的自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进患者92例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑片治疗,观察组采用左甲状腺素钠片联合甲巯咪唑片治疗,比较两组治疗效果、甲状腺激素及甲状腺抗体水平。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.48%,较对照组76.09%高(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组治疗前血清甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPOAb)、促甲状腺素受体抗体(TRAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片联合甲巯咪唑片治疗自身免疫性甲状腺病伴甲状腺功能亢进效果显著,可调节甲状腺激素水平,降低TPOAb、TRAb及TGAb水平。

Objective To explore the effects of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Methimazole Tablets on thyroid antibodies in patients with autoimmune thyroid disease with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 92 patients with autoimmune thyroid disease with hyperthyroidism admitted in the Huidong Hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methimazole Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Methimazole Tablets.The efficacy of treatment as well as thyroid hormone and thyroid antibody levels were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.09%(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in FT3,FT4 and thyrotropin(TSH)between the 2 groups before the treatment(P>0.05).The above indicators after the treatment in the observation group were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAb)and thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)between the 2 groups before the treatment(P>0.05).The above indicators after the treatment in the observation group were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Methimazole Tablets in the treatment of autoimmune thyroid disease with hyperthyroidism is effective that it can regulate thyroid hormone levels,and reduce the levels of TPOAb,TRAb and TGAb.
