采用灯盏细辛联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Herba Erigerontis Combined with Citicoline Sodium in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨采用灯盏细辛注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年9月大石桥市中心医院收治的92例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组46例。对照组采用胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗,试验组采用灯盏细辛注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度。结果试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分改善幅度明显优于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组患者纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度改善幅度明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者采用灯盏细辛注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗效果明显,能够显著恢复患者神经功能,提高预后生命质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Herba Erigerontis Injection combined with citicoline sodium in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 92 cases with cerebral infarction in Dashiqiao Central Hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Citicoline Sodium Capsules.The experimental group was treated with Herba Erigerontis Injection combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsules.Clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,Barthel index,fibrinogen,platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity were compared between the 2 groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of NIHSS score and Barthel index score in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of Fibrinogen,platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of Herba Erigerontis Injection combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsules in patients with cerebral infarction is so obvious that it can significantly restore the neurological function of patients and improve the prognostic quality of life.
