输尿管结石术后应用经验方三金排石汤的疗效及预后

Efficacy and Prognosis of an Empirical Formula of Sanjin Paishi Decoction(三金排石汤) After Ureteral Calculi Surgery

目的观察在输尿管结石术后给予经验方三金排石汤的临床效果,对患者进行为期1年的随访,评价其应用价值。方法选取2016年10月至2018年2月普宁市中医医院外一科收治的输尿管结石患者60例作为研究对象,患者入院后根据住院病床单双号分为单号30例为对照组,双号30例为观察组。对照组给予常规术后处理,观察组在此基础上给予三金排石汤,比较两组患者患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗1周后结石排净率(70.00%)明显优于对照组(43.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗2周后结石排净率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组结石排净时间明显较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组治疗1周后尿潜血患者(6.67%)明显低于对照组(26.67%)(P<0.05),2周尿潜血数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月、12个月观察组患者结石复发率低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论输尿管结石术后应用经验方三金排石汤可提升术后结石排净率,改善尿潜血情况,缩短结石排净时间。

Objective To observe the efficacy of an empirical formula Sanjin Paishi Decoction(三金排石汤)after ureteral calculi surgery,and to conduct a 1-year follow-up of patients and evaluate its application value.Methods From October 2016 to February 2018,60 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to the first department of surgery of Puning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.After admission,30 patients of odd numbers were divided into control group and 30 patients of even numbers were divided into observation group,according to the odd-even numbers of hospital beds.The control group was given routine post-operative treatment,while the observation group was given Sanjin Paishi Decoction(三金排石汤)on the basis of routine post-operative treatment.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results After 1-week treatment,the calculi discharge rate(70.00%)in the observation group was better than that of the control group(43.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But after 2-week treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the calculi discharge rates between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The time of calculi discharge in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1-week treatment,urinary occult blood in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%)(P<0.05).While after 2-week treatment,urinary occult blood data showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rates of calculi in the observation group after 6 months and12 months follow-up were lower than those in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of the empirical prescription of Sanjin Paishi Decoction(三金排石汤)after ureteral calculi surgery can improve the discharge rate of postoperative calculi,improve the situation of urinary occult blood and shorten the discharge time of calculi.
