口服左旋多巴片联合抗阻训练对老年帕金森病患者神经递质和运动功能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Oral Levodopa Tablets Combined with Resistance Training on Neurotransmitter and Motor Function in Elderly Patients with Parkinson’s Disease

摘要 目的探讨口服左旋多巴片联合抗阻训练对老年帕金森病患者神经递质和运动功能的影响。方法将符合研究标准的78例老年帕金森病患者分为观察组和对照组,其中2018年1—6月采用口服左旋多巴片治疗的39例患者为对照组,2018年7—12月采用口服左旋多巴片联合抗阻训练的39例患者为观察组,比较两组患者治疗前后血清神经递质水平和运动功能。结果治疗后与对照组比较,观察组统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRSⅢ)明显降低,简明平衡评价系统测试(Mini-BESTest)、10米步行试验(10MWT)和30s坐站明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服左旋多巴片联合抗阻训练相比单一药物治疗在改善老年帕金森病患者神经功能和运动功能方面效果更佳。 Objective To investigate the effects of oral levodopa tablets combined with resistance training on neurotransmitter and motor function in elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods A total of 78 cases of elderly Parkinson’s patients which conformed to the standard were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases of patients treated from January to June 2018 by oral levodopa treatment in the control group,and 39 cases of patients treated from July to December,2018,by oral levodopa tablets combined resistance training in the observation group.Then the levels of the neurotransmitter and motor function before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the UPDRSⅢin observation group was significantly decreased,and the Mini-BESTest,10 MWT and 30 s sit stand were significantly increased.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BDNF,5-HT and NE levels between the 2 groups after treatment.Conclusion The treatment of oral levodopa combined with resistance training is more effective than single drug therapy in improving neurological and motor function in elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease.
