中药免煎颗粒与中药饮片治疗胃脘痛疗效的Meta分析

Efficacy of Free-frying Chinese Medicine Granules and Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treating Stomachache : A Meta-analysis

目的系统评价中药免煎颗粒与中药饮片治疗胃脘痛的疗效,为临床提供循证依据。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、Pubmed数据库、Embase数据库、cochrane library,检索日期均从各数据库建库至2018年7月30日,收集中药免煎颗粒与中药饮片治疗胃脘痛的随机对照实验,依据Cochrane指导手册的要求,对符合纳入标准的文献进行数据提取和质量评价,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共计纳入8项研究,670例患者。Meta分析结果显示:试验组患者有效率[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.09~1.21),P<0.00001]高于对照组,疼痛评分[MD=-0.32,95%CI(-0.47^-0.18),P<0.00001]、发作次数[MD=-0.24,95%CI(-0.41^-0.08),P=0.004]、持续时间[MD=-0.45,95%CI(-0.61^-0.28),P<0.00001]均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论与中药饮片比较,中药免煎颗粒治疗胃脘痛疗效更佳,可减轻疼痛,降低发作次数,缩短持续时间。

Objective To systematically review the efficacy of free-frying Chinese medicine granules and Chinese herbal medicine on stomachache,and provide the evidence based for clinic.Methods A systematic search using online databases from the inception to July 30,2018 including CNKI,WanFang,Pubmed,Embase and cochrane library was performed to source papers of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)studying the efficacy of free-frying Chinese medicine granules and Chinese herbal medicine in treating stomachache.According to the requirements of Cochrane Handbook,the papers in line with the requirements were extracted and their qualities were assessed.A meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software.Results A total of 8 trials were enrolled,including 670 patients.Results of Meta analysis showed that the efficiency[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.09-1.21),P<0.00001]in test group was higher than the control group,the pain score[MD=-0.32,95%CI(-0.47,-0.18),P<0.00001],the number of episodes[MD=-0.24,95%CI(-0.24,-0.41-0.08),P=0.004]and the duration[MD=-0.45,95%CI(-0.61-0.28),P<0.00001]in test group was lower than the control group,with no statistical significance.Conclusions Compared with Chinese herbal decoction pieces,free-fring Chinese medicine granules have better curative effects on epigastric pain,which can relieve pain,reduce the number of attacks and shorten the duration.
