质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)是预防应激性溃疡(SU)的首选药物,可以显著降低上消化道出血发生率,且治疗SU有效率高,安全性良好,但可能会增加感染发生风险,尤其是增加呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率,临床医师使用时应严格把握用药和停药指征,避免无指征预防用药,过度医疗。

Proton pump inhibitors is the drug of the first choice for prevention of stress ulcer(SU),can significantly reduce the incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and is highly efficient and safe for the treatment of SU.But it may increase the risk of infections,especially to increase the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP).Clinicians should strictly grasp usage and drug withdrawal indications,avoiding no indications prophylaxis and excessive medical treatment.
