温针灸疗法联合中药口服对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛及炎症介质水平的影响

Effects of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy Combined with Oral Chinese Medicine on Pain and Inflammatory Mediators Level in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨温针灸疗法联合中药口服对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛及炎症介质水平的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年5月就诊于海城市正骨医院的膝关节骨性关节炎患者88例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,在此基础上,研究组行温针灸疗法联合独活寄生汤治疗。比较两组炎症介质、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、治疗安全性。结果治疗后,研究组转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、纤维生长因子-2(FGF-2)高于对照组[(26.57±4.41)μg/L比(21.35±5.60)μg/L,(28.30±3.09)μg/L比(24.48±2.26)μg/L,P=0.000]。治疗后,研究组膝关节美国纽约特种外科医院(HSS)评分高于对照组[(77.65±7.89)分比(71.39±8.78)分,P=0.001],视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组[(1.56±0.60)分比(1.93±0.79)分,P=0.015)。治疗过程中,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论温针灸疗法联合口服独活寄生汤可减轻膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛,降低炎症介质水平,改善膝关节功能,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effects of warming acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine on pain and inflammatory mediators in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 88 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Haicheng Zhenggu Hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 44 cases each.The control group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.On this basis,the study group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The 2 groups of inflammatory mediators,knee function,pain level,and treatment safety were compared.Results After treatment,the TGF-βand FGF-2 were higher in the study group than in the control group(26.57±4.41 vs.21.35±5.60μg/L,28.30±3.09 vs.24.48±2.26μg)./L,P=0.000).After treatment,the study group knee joints in New York Special Surgery Hospital(HSS)scores higher than the control group(77.65±7.89 vs.71.39±8.78 points,P=0.001),visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower than the control group(1.56±0.60 vs.1.93±0.79 points,P=0.015).During the course of treatment,no significant adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined with oral Duhuo Jisheng decoction can alleviate the pain of knee osteoarthritis patients,reduce the level of inflammatory mediators,improve knee joint function,and have high safety.
