摘要
目的探讨补肾活血汤联合雷公藤多苷片治疗肾病综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选取鞍山市双山医院2017年4月至2018年8月收治的140例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(70例)采用雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组(70例)采用补肾活血汤+雷公藤多苷片治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、BUN、Scr水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在雷公藤多苷片基础上加用补肾活血汤治疗肾病综合征可有效改善肾功能,效果显著,安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 140 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Anshan Shuangshan Hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(70 cases)was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets and the observation group(70 cases)was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction and Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets.The clinical efficacy,quantitative 24-hour urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),and incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 hours after treatment,the levels of urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups was similar,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets,Bushen Huoxue Decoction can effectively improve renal function in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,with remarkable effect and high safety.
