通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Hemiplegia after Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月辽阳市中心医院新城医院收治的缺血性中风后偏瘫患者79例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(39例)与试验组(40例)。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组给予通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损情况和肢体运动功能状况。结果试验组治疗有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分降低,Fugl-Meyer评分升高,与对照组比较,试验组NIHSS评分较低,Fugl-Meyer评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性中风后偏瘫患者治疗中,通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗可改善患者神经功能缺损情况,促进肢体功能恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Tongluo Fuzheng decoction combined with acupuncture on hemiplegia after ischemic apoplexy.Methods A total of 79 patients with hemiplegia after ischemic apoplexy admitted to Xincheng Hospital of Liaoyang Central Hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(39 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to random number grouping method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given Tongluo Fuzheng decoction combined with acupuncture regimen.The therapeutic effect,neurological deficit and limb motor function were compared between the 2 groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group 75.49%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer score between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the 2 groups decreased,and the Fugl-Meyer score of the 2 groups decreased.Compared with the control group,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower and the Fugl-Meyer score was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke,Tongluo Fuzheng decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the neurological deficit and promote the recovery of limb function.
