摘要
目的调查分析手术室护士下腰痛原因,并提出相应对策。方法自设调查问卷,对81名手术室护士进行关于下腰痛的发病状况调查。结果随着工龄的增加,下腰痛的发病率增加;下腰痛的发病率与生育、心理因素、不正确的坐姿、用力方法不当、工作疲劳感有关。结论手术室护士是下腰痛高危人群,加强下腰痛的相关防护知识培训,纠正工作不良姿势,加强组织管理等措施可降低下腰痛发生率。
Objective To investigate the causes of low back pain in operating room nurses and put forward countermeasures. Methods Self- administrated questionnaire was used to survey the status of low back pain in 81 operating room nurses. Results With the increase of age,the incidence of low back pain became higher. The incidence of low back pain was associated with childbirth,psychological factors,incorrect sitting postures,inappropriate force applying and feeling of fatigue. Conclusion The operating room nurses are the vulnerable population suffering low back pain. Countermeasures including protection measures training,correcting harmful working postures and strengthening organization could lower the occurrence of low back pain.
