经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Transurethral Resection in Treating Patients With Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床治疗效果。方法选取抚州市广昌县中医院2012-08/2013-08门诊及住院部45例良心前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其随机分为实验组23例和对照组22例,对照组患者给予常规手术切除治疗,实验组患者给予经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察记录两组患者手术治疗后的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症情况。结果两组患者均成功完成手术,临床总有效率实验组(100.00%)明显高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.057 8,P<0.05);两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间比较,实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.050 9,t=9.675 4,t=5.770 3,P<0.01);患者总并发症率实验组(4.35%)明显低于对照组(31.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.054 2,P<0.05)。结论采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生患者,疗效较为显著,创伤小,并发症发生率低,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of transurethral resection of the prostate( TURP) in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia( BPH). Methods In Guangchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,45 patients with BPH was recruited in Aug.,2012 to Aug.,2013,and were randomly divided into control group( 22 cases) and experimental group( 23 cases). The control group was given regular operation and the other was given TURP. The clinical effect,operation duration,bleeding volume in operation,length of stay and complication were all analyzed and compared. Results The two group were all completed the operation,with a 100% total effective rate in experimental group,statistically higher than that of control group( χ2= 31. 06 8,P < 0. 05). The operation duration,bleeding volume in operation and length of stay after operation in the experimental group was all superior than that in control group( correspondingly,t =6. 05,t = 9. 68,t = 5. 78,all P < 0. 01). The complication rate in experimental group( 4. 35%) was statistically lower than that in control group( 31. 82%)( χ2= 24. 05,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of TURP in patients with BPH is significant and with characteristics of minor trauma,low complication and high safety and therefore worthy of promotion.
