摘要
目的对肛周克罗恩病采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法从抚州市黎川县中医院肛周克罗恩病患者中选取52例进行研究分析,并按患者治疗方法将其分为治疗组(采用中西医结合方法进行治疗)和对照组(采用西医方法进行治疗),均为26例,对比两组患者临床治疗总有效率。结果治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率高达96.15%,对照组患者的有效率为73.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.09,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗方法对肛周克罗恩病具有良好作用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) with western medicine( WM) in treating crissum Crohn's disease. Methods Fifty two patients with crissum Crohn's disease were selected in Lichuan County Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine,Fuzhou city. The patients were divided into experimental group( treated with both TCM and WM) and control group( only treated with western medicine),26 cases in each. Results The total effective rate was 73. 08% in control group and 96. 15% in experimental group( χ2= 20. 09,P < 0. 01). Conclusion Good clinical effect could be achieved in treating crissum Crohn's disease using TCM with WM.
