摘要
目的调查深圳某区家具企业生产车间劳动者的职业紧张状况,为开展家具企业劳动者职业紧张干预、促进劳动者心理健康提供参考。方法利用分层抽样方法抽取该区大、中、小家具企业的455名劳动者作为研究对象,采用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)进行测评。结果不同规模企业劳动者职业紧张程度差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.01,P<0.01),中、小型企业劳动者职业紧张程度高于大型企业;不同工龄劳动者的职业紧张程度差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.78,P<0.01),1年及以下工龄组职业紧张程度最高;不同年龄劳动者职业紧张程度差异有统计学意义(χ2=42.17,P<0.01),30~40岁工龄组职业紧张程度最高;男性职业紧张程度高于女性(χ2=16.98、P<0.01)。结论该区家具企业劳动者的职业紧张状况受家具企业的规模和劳动者的性别、工龄和年龄影响,开展心理健康促进工作时应酌情调整干预措施。
Objective To investigate the occupational stress status in the furniture enterprise workers in Guangming new district of Shenzhen,and to provide references for intervention measures and mental health promotions. Methods According to the characteristics of furniture enterprises,Occupational Stress Inventory( OSI- R) was used to survey 455 workers based on stratified sampling method. Results The occupational stress in different scale enterprises were statistically different( χ2= 27. 01,P < 0. 01),the middle and small enterprise workers' occupational stress were both higher than large enterprises. The length of service workers' occupational stress was statistically different( χ2= 37. 78,P < 0. 01),and those with one year and below was the highest. There were statistically differences in different age workers' occupational stress degree( χ2= 42. 17,P < 0. 01),with 30- 40 years group as the highest. Male occupational stress degree was higher than that of female( χ2= 16. 98,P < 0. 01). Conclusion Enterprises scale,gender,age and length of service could exert influence on workers' occupational stress,and thus the intervention measures should accordingly adjusted.
