Status Evaluation on Occupational Hazards in an Automobile Parts Production Project

目的明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行分析评价。结果该项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素种类有铅烟、二氧化锡、铜烟、工频电场、噪声、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、重型环烷馏分溶剂石油提取物。结论该项目属于职业病危害风险较重的建设项目,其采取的职业病防护措施基本有效。

Objective To identify occupational hazard factors in the construction project in order to analyze hazard degree and its influence to workers,to evaluate the effects of the protective measures,and to put forward corresponding suggestions. Methods Comprehensive evaluation was conducted in terms of occupational health field investigation,occupational health detection,occupational physical examination and checklist method. Results The main occupational hazard factors in this project were lead fume,tin dioxide,copper dust,power frequency electric field,noise,MDI and heavy naphthenic distillate solvent oil extracts. Conclusion This construction project has high risks of occupational hazards. The prevention measures in this construction project are essentially effective.
