米易县户籍居民2016年心脑血管事件监测分析

The Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Events Among the of Residents in Miyi County,2016

目的全面准确掌握2016年米易县户籍居民急性心脑血管事件的发病、死亡等特点及趋势,为制定心脑血管疾病综合防控策略提供科学依据。方法按户籍地和确诊时间导出"急性心脑血管事件登记管理"系统中的数据进行统计分析,疾病分类编码均按国际疾病ICD-10进行分类编码。结果 2016年米易县共报告户籍心脑血管病例905例,发病率为410.22/10万。发病顺位为脑卒中775例,急性心肌梗死103例,描述性心脏猝死27例。结论心脑血管疾病已严重危害米易县居民的身体健康,应大力倡导戒烟限酒、合理膳食、适量运动、心理平衡等健康生活方式,从而减少我县心脑血管事件的发生。

Objective Comprehensive and accurate understanding for the incidence,mortality,population distribution characteristics and the trend of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in 2016,and providing the scientific evidence for the diseases prevention.Methods The statistical analysis were used for the data from the system of ' the management of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events' according to the household registration and the time of diagnosis,and classification codes accorded to the international disease ICD-10.Results In 2016,a total of 905 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were reported in Miyi county,with an incidence of 410.22/105.The incidence of stroke was 775 cases,103 cases acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 27 cases sudden cardiac death.Conclusion Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have seriously affected the health of residents in Miyi county.Targeted interventions should be strengthened,advocating smoking and cessation wine,balanced diet,reasonable exercise and other healthy lifestyle,to reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
