Correct Use of Condom Among Male Freshmen in the University Who Have Sex With Men and Its Influencing Factors

目的了解北京市房山区大一新生男男性行为者安全套正确使用情况及影响因素,为大学生艾滋病干预工作提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对北京市房山区8所大学大一在校男生进行问卷调查,调查对象利用微信扫码功能进行线上自主填写问卷。单因素分析采用χ2检验,多因素分析采用非条件Logistic回归分析。结果本次调查的8所大学1 722名大一在校男生中,73名发生过男男性行为,安全套正确使用率为28.77%。单因素分析结果表明,性伙伴人数为1个、性伙伴的性别仅男性、性伙伴职业为学生、知晓艾滋病知识的男男性行为者的安全套正确使用率高于性伙伴人数≥2个、性伙伴的性别男女均有、性伙伴职业为社会人员、未达到艾滋病知识知晓的大学生,安全套的正确使用率差异有统计学意义(x^2=11.379、14.473、7.866、10.122,P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,艾滋病知识知晓是安全套正确使用的保护因素(OR=3.626);双性恋是安全套正确使用的危险因素(OR=0.131)。结论北京市房山区大一新生男男性行为人群安全套正确使用率偏低,艾滋病知识知晓情况和性取向是安全套正确使用的影响因素。

Objective To understand the situation of correct use of condom and its influencing factors among freshmen who have sex with men in Fangshan District of Beijing,and to provide evidence for intervention.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the freshmen of 8 universities in Fangshan District of Beijing.The respondents filled out the questionnaire on-line independently by using the function of Wechat scanner.Results A total of 1 722 make students from 8 colleges were enrolled in this study.The rate of correct use of condom was 28.77%among 73 college students who had sex with men.The results of univariate analysis showed that the rate of correct use of condom for only one male sex partner,sex partner was male only,sex partner was students and they had AIDS knowledge of male sex was higher than that of more than one male sex partners(≥2),sex partners were both male and female,sex partners were social workers,and college students who did not know about AIDS knowledge,the differences was statistically significant(x^2=11.379,14.473,7.866 and10.122,all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that knowledge of AIDS was the protective factor of correct use of condom(OR=3.626).Bisexuality was the risk factor of it(OR=0.131).Conclusion The rate of condom correct use among freshmen who have sex with men in Fangshan District of Beijing is relatively low.AIDS knowledge and sexual orientation are the influencing factors of condom use.
