《卫生法学》实践教学影像资料的应用研究

Videos applied in practice teaching of Medical Law course

目的探讨影像资料应用于《卫生法学》实践教学的必要性,总结影像资料应用经验。方法采用座谈会和问卷调查的方式,在《卫生法学》实践课时部分放映新闻专题片《屡打屡开的黑诊所》和自制视频《无证行医执法监督》,以37名学生为研究对象,分别调查观看新闻专题短片和自制视频后对卫生监督执法程度的了解程度,并统计分析调查结果。结果通过观看自制视频短片比观看新闻短片对卫生监督执法程序的掌握程度更高(χ2=12.07,P<0.001)。结论《卫生法学》类课程实践教学有必要采用影像资料,新闻专题片和自制视频短片各有侧重,自制视频短片是实践教学的有益补充。

Objective To discuss the necessity of films and homemade video clips applied in practice teaching of Medical Law course and summarize our experience in using these materials. Methods During the practice teaching of Medical Law,37 students watched the TV news film Unlicensed Clinics Repeatedly Shut Down and Going into Operation and the homemade video clip Law-enforcement and Inspection of Unlicensed Medical Practice. Then we investigated their understanding of health supervision and law-enforcement by means of informal discussion and questionnaires. The results were analyzed statistically. Results Homemade video clips were superior to TV news films in helping the students master the health supervision and law-enforcement procedure( χ2= 12. 07,P < 0. 001). Conclusion The practice teaching of courses like Medical Law needs videos,TV news films and homemade video clips,which have their own advantages and focuses. Homemade video clips are a useful supplement to practice teaching.
