摘要
HMGB1是一种DNA结合的非组蛋白。近年来研究发现HMGB1在寻常性银屑病(PV)、白癜风等多种皮肤病血清或皮损处高表达。细胞外HMGB1可通过晚期糖化终产物受体(RAGE)和Toll样受体家族成员信号传递参与常见皮肤病的炎症反应和免疫刺激。在寻找有效的HMGB1抑制剂以靶向治疗皮肤病方面,这一新兴的研究领域值得进行大量的探索。
HMGB1 is a DNA-binding non-histone.In recent years,it has been found that HMGB1 is highly expressed in the skin lesions and serum of many skin diseases such as psoriasis vulgaris(PV),vitiligo,etc.Extracellular HMGB1 may play an important role in inflammatory reaction and immune stimulation of common skin diseases through the signal transduction of receptor for advanced glycosylation end product(RAGE)and Toll like receptor family members.In search of effective HMGB1 inhibitors for targeted treatment of skin diseases,this new research field is worth a lot of exploration.
