皮肤窦性组织细胞增生症是一种罕见的组织细胞增生性疾病,临床表现无特异性,组织病理学特征易与多种疾病混淆。文中综述了该病的临床及病理特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗要点,以加强对该疾病的认识,提高其诊断水平。

Cutaneous sinus histiocytosis,usually considered a benign clinical disease,is a rare histiocytosis disease. The clinical manifestations of the disease is not specific,so the histopathological features can be easily confused with some diseases. The clinical and pathological analysis of cutaneous sinus histiocytosis in this study aim to understand the rare disease,to avoid clinical misdiagnosis,and to improve the treatment.
