发生于外生殖器的局限性类天疱疮1例

A Case of Localized Pemphigoid on the External Genitalia

患者男,90岁。龟头反复出现水疱伴发瘙痒1年。查体:龟头见多个紧张性水疱和结痂。外周血和疱液中抗BP180抗体均呈弱阳性,诊断为局限性类天疱疮。予以白芍总苷胶囊口服、3%的硼酸溶液浸泡和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外涂,1周后龟头水疱干燥,3周后龟头黏膜完全恢复正常。

A 90-year-old male presented with recurrent vesicles on his glans penis associated with itching for one year. Physical examination showed multiple tense vesicles and crusts on the the glans penis. Enzyme-linked immosorbent assay revealed weakly positive anti-BP180 antibody in his peripheral blood and blister fluid. Therefore,the patient was diagnosed as localized pemphigoid. The patient was treated with oral total glucosides of white paeony capsules,soaking of 3% boric acid solution and topical application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream. All vesicles became dry after one week,and the mucous membrane of his glans penis completely returned to normal after three weeks of treatment.
