头皮斑秃并发白癜风1例

A Case of Alopecia Scalp Complicated with Vitiligo

患者女,36岁。头顶脱发1年余,脱发区局部白斑伴毛发变白半年。查体见头顶部有一1cm×2cm大小脱发区,皮损处皮肤呈瓷白色,其上可见稀疏白发。诊断:(1)斑秃;(2)白癜风。结合患者脉沉细、舌淡,中医辨证属肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀,予中药汤剂煎服、口服转移因子、外擦院内自配制剂。1个月后病情好转。

The patient was a 36-year-old female. Hair loss on the top of the head lasted for more than one year,white patches and white hair in bald areas for half a year. Physical examination showed 1 cm × 2 cm size hair loss area on the top of the head,with colour of porcelain white. Diagnosis: alopeciaareata and vitiligo. Combined with the patient’s thin pulse and pale tongue,TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to liver and kidney Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis. After the treatment of conbined treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine and Western medicine for one month,and the condition improved.
