氨甲环酸联合2%氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑的疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Tranexamic Acid Combined with 2% Hydroquinone Cream for the Treatment of Melasma

目的评价氨甲环酸联合2%氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法将74例黄褐斑患者随机分为试验组(37例)和对照组(37例),所有患者外用2%氢醌乳膏共3个月,试验组同时口服氨甲环酸片3个月;治疗结束后随访3个月。结果试验组的痊愈率和有效率均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);随访3个月,试验组的复发率低于对照组。结论口服氨甲环酸联合2%氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑安全有效,值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tranexamic acid and hydroquinone cream for the treatment of melasma. Methods Seventy-four patients with melasma were divided into the treatment group( n = 37) and the control group( n = 37) randomly. All the patients received treatment with 2% hydroquinone cream topically for three months.Additionally,the treatment group was treated with oral tranexamic acid. All the patients were followed up for three months after the treatment. Results The cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group were higher than the control group,the difference was significant between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group after three months follow-up.Conclusion Oral tranexamic acid combined with 2% hydroquinone cream is effective and safe in the treatment of melasma,which is worth clinical application.
