摘要
周围神经病变的诊治往往较为困难,神经传导检查和肌电图等临床检查方法虽能提示周围神经潜在病理生理学改变,但不能直观显示神经本身及其周围结构的细微变化。MR神经成像如DWI、DTI及纤维示踪技术等能够提高诊断周围神经病变的准确性。本文对MRI在周围神经疾病成像中的应用进展进行综述。
The diagnosis and treatment of peripheral neuropathies are often difficult.Common clinical examinations,such as nerve conduction studies and electromyography,can indicate the potential pathophysiological changes of peripheral nerve,but can not display the subtle changes of the nerve and surrounding structure.Magnetic resonance neurographic techniques,such as DWI,DTI and tractography,etc.,can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of peripheral neuropathies.The application progresses of MRI in peripheral neuropathies were reviewed in this article.
