摘要
目的分析西南民族药杠香的挥发油组分及相对含量,并评价其抗氧化能力。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取杠香根部和茎部挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析二者挥发油成分,比较二者成分分布及含量差异;通过DPPH自由基清除率、总抗氧化能力及还原力检测评价杠香挥发油体外抗氧化活性。结果杠香根部及茎部挥发油提取率分别为(8.58±0.55)mL·kg-1、(6.80±0.34)mL·kg-1;GC-MS法检出根部挥发油组分26个,茎部29个,其中共有组分16个;挥发油中主要含橙花叔醇、反式-α-香柠檬醇,两者相对百分含量之和>78%。杠香挥发油抗氧化能力与浓度呈量效关系,其总抗氧化能力优于抗坏血酸。结论杠香挥发油主含橙花叔醇等多种化学成分,其抗氧化活性良好。
Objective This study aimed to analyze the components of volatile oil from resin-containing wood of the root and stem of Dalbergia yunnanensis,and evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the volatile oil from root.Methods The components of volatile oil,extracted by water distillation from the different parts,were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The similarities and differences between the components of volatile oil from the fragrant root and the fragrant stem were compared.In addition,antioxidant activity of volatile oil from the root of Dalbergia yunnanensis resin-containing wood was evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging rate,total antioxidant capacity and reduction potential.Results The extraction rates of volatile oil from root and stem of Dalbergia yunnanensis resin-containing wood were as follows:(8.58±0.55)mL·kg-1,(6.80±0.34)m L·kg-1.Twenty-six compounds in fragrant root and twenty-nine in stem were detected by GC-MS,including 16 common components.The oil mainly contains nerolidol and(Z)-a-trans-bergamotol,the sum of relative percentages of these two was more than 78%.The antioxidant capacity of volatile oil from resin-containing wood of the root of Dalbergia yunnanensis was concentration-dependent,the total antioxidant capacity was better than ascorbic acid(VC).Conclusion The volatile oil mainly contains nerolidol and other active ingredients,and showed good antioxidant activity.
