摘要
目的观察通阳宽胸颗粒对稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响,并评价其疗效。方法将136例SAP属气滞痰瘀证的患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组68例与治疗组68例。两组均给予常规西药,其中治疗组加用通阳宽胸颗粒,服用4周。分别比较治疗前后两组患者VEGF水平、中医证候积分、心绞痛积分的变化,并计算硝酸甘油停减率。结果治疗后,治疗组血清VEGF水平及硝酸甘油停减率较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05),中医证候疗效总有效率91.18%,优于对照组的72.53%(P<0.05)。结论通阳宽胸颗粒能有效改善SAP患者疗效及中医症状,并减少心绞痛发作频率,能升高血清VEGF水平,有促进冠脉血管再生可能。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongyang Kuanxiong granule(TKG)on VEGF of SAP patients,andevaluate its efficacy.Methods Totally 136 patients with qi and phlegm stasis were randomly divided into controlgroup(68 cases)and treatment group(68 cases).Both groups were given conventional western medicine;thetreatment group was given TKG additionally for 4 weeks.The changes of VEGF,TCM syndrome and angina pectorisscore in the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and reduction rate of Nitroglycerin werecalculated.Results After treatment,VEGF and decreasing rates of Nitroglycerin improved more significantly in thetreatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatmentgroup was 94.12%,which is higher than 76.47%in the control group(P<0.05),so as the total effective rate ofTCM syndrome,which were 91.18%in the treatment group and 72.53%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion TKG can effectively improve the efficacy of western medicine and TCM symptoms of patients withSAP,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,and increase VEGF level.It is possible due to promotiny thecoronary angiogenesis.
